Extensions and Refurbishment at The Marlow Club
Major refurbishment specialist demolition and extension to the existing club - all while it remains occupied from 05:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week!
We were appointed to complete a major refurbishment and a new extension to the existing Club.
The project was undertaken over multiple phases, with phased handovers, to ensure the on-going occupation of the club.
Works required specialist demolition initially and included:
- in-filling of a squash court to create a new gm area,
- dance studio,
- new toilets/changing rooms
- Café/reception refurbishment, which remained a live environment, 7 days-a-week throughout the project.
